At Lumicast, your satisfaction is our priority. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.


✅ Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or free reshipments in the following cases:

  • Your parcel is lost in transit or fails to arrive.

  • Your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In these cases, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement item.


🔄 Returns for Change of Mind

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.


📸 Proof of Issue

For defective or incorrect products, we may request photo or video evidence before approving a refund or replacement.


⏳ Timeframe for Claims

  • Claims for damaged/incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Claims for undelivered parcels must be submitted within 30 days of your order date.

  • Returns for change of mind must be requested within 14 days of delivery.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and returns will not be granted if:

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect.

  • The item was lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

  • The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the eligible timeframe.


💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
